70% of our clients are the commercial contractor.  We bid for work by invitation of the contractor mostly.  That is an owner may take a project to a specific contractor, they send the project out for bidding, that may mean three bidders invited for the commercial millwork bid.

The other way we get commercial millwork is by bidding through the Regina construction Association.  Here we bid to all the General Contractors listed who are bidding on the job yet themselves.  The bidding closes some days early for subtrades.  The general selects the low bids and submits his bid, naming the subcontractors.

Residentially, owners typically approach us with a plan in hand for a new home or renovation.  Many residential clients are just replacing the kitchen and flooring and windows.  A small renovation.  They come to us by looking in the yellow pages under kitchens, or because they drive by our fascility and know us that way, or we have worked for someone they know and we have a referral.

Cobb and company Cabinets Inc. Manufactures and installs commercial and residential millwork.

The company was incorporated in 1978.  We employ a total of 19 people for estimating, design, shop drawings, material management, production management, cabinet making and site work.

We are primarily a cabinet manufacturing facility, with up to date production equipment and highly skilled personel.  Located in Regina at 121 Dewdney Ave. E.   That is on the corner of Dewdney Ave. And McAra Street.
